Royolands services are provided by Individual Entrepreneur Voevodin Nikita Aleksandrovich (“we”, “our”, or “us”). We publish and distribute our services worldwide. A. Data we collect and process (directly or through third parties):

• Account Information: Username, email address, password, UID, nickname.
• Game Data: Gameplay status, progress, usage statistics.
• Social Networks: If you log in via social networks (Google, Discord), we receive your profile information.
• Payment Data: Purchase history, transaction date, amount, payment method (we do not store full card numbers).
• Device Data: IP address, platform type (PC/Mobile), device model.
• Chat Data: If you use chat features provided in some services (e.g., in-game chat), we may process communication records and apply encryption technologies in certain services - some services use end-to-end encryption to protect your data.
• Community Forum Information: We will collect content, messages, and other information you provide when using the community forum service hosted on our servers or third-party platforms (like Discord). This includes content you create or share, and/or content you exchange with others, including information contained in or related to the provided content (e.g., metadata), such as the file creation date. This also includes content you view or use through features we provide. The collected information may include your selected interest tags and preferred language.
• User Content: We process all user-generated content, including information you publish on our services, all feedback you provide us, and information you post, comment on, or tag in any of our materials or services.

• Device-related data: Such data includes online ID, advertising ID and/or device ID, device name/model, MAC address, browser type, IP address, IMEI data, CPU data, OS version and language, time zone, screen DPI, resolution, device mode/status, device and browser configuration settings, memory data, graphics card model, etc.
• Cookies and similar technologies.
• Error and crash reports.
• Security-related data: Such data includes names of installed apps, system boot time, app installation and update times, requested and recommended URLs, detailed system activity information, game modification and uptime info, network status and info, and data related to external modifications.
• Data on interaction with and/or usage of services: Such data includes pages and other content you view, URLs of sites you navigated from, any content you published, dates and times of your visits, types of content you search for, view, or interact with, features used, actions taken, people or accounts you interact with, and when, how often, and for how long this occurs.
• Information about your interaction with other users: We also collect and use content, messages, and information you provide when interacting with others as a subscriber or contact.
• Data provided to us by third parties: Such data includes: (i) data received from third-party apps when you connect them to our services, such as logging in via a Facebook, X, Google, or Apple account; and (ii) third-party data used for push notifications, security, and statistical analysis.
• Please note: In certain circumstances, we may collect personal data not specified herein based on your consent or other legal grounds. In such cases, we will provide detailed information about changes to the methods or purposes of data collection or processing (if they differ or are not explicitly stated in this Privacy Policy) in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

• Providing access to Royolands games and services.
• Account and profile management.

Other users may also see the data you display (including your nickname, UID, achievements, level, and other character information) and read messages you publish through our services. You acknowledge and agree that our services may also include message boards, communities, forums, and/or other communication areas where users can exchange ideas or communicate, and any data you publish in any communication area is public.
• Service providers: Payment systems, hosting providers, customer support services.
• Competent authorities: In accordance with applicable legal requirements or in the public interest, we may provide certain parts of your personal data to government authorities.

  Except as provided by applicable law, we reserve the right to disclose your personal data if we in good faith believe that such disclosure is necessary to identify, contact, or take legal action against you, if we have reason to believe that: (a) you have violated any other agreement between you and us; (b) you have infringed the rights and interests of third parties; and/or (c) it is necessary to prevent fraud.

• During reorganization: In the event of a merger or business sale, data may be transferred to the successor.

Royolands servers may be located in various countries, including Singapore, China, the Russian Federation, the European Union, and the USA. We take measures to ensure data protection during cross-border transfers.

You acknowledge and agree that your data will be collected and processed on our servers, which may be located outside your country of residence, and this data will be accessed by our global support team, engineering staff, and/or affiliated companies.

If you request the deletion or destruction of your personal data, please note that we will continue to retain your data to the extent required by applicable law (e.g., for tax accounting or dispute resolution). Deleting any of your data may result in the termination of some of our services.

Please note that advertisers or websites linked to our sites and/or linked from our sites may collect your personal data. This Privacy Policy does not apply to such third-party services, and we cannot control their activities.

Our services are not intended for children under 13 (or another age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children without parental consent.

All data of Russian users is primarily processed and stored on servers located in the Russian Federation, in compliance with personal data protection laws.
